Electric blue paisley

Such designs became very popular in the West in the 18th and 19th centuries, following imports of post-Mughal versions of the design from British India, especially in the form of Kashmir shawls, and were then imitated locally. The pattern is sometimes called "Persian pickles" by American traditionalists, especially quilt-makers, or "Welsh pears" in Welsh textiles as far back as 1888. "

 

 Got these jeans form Asos, they are by Just Female - I really love this brand, but for me its a bit pricey, so when I found these on sale I got to have them. I wonder why they was in stock all the sale time, and I think even now they still are available - I guess, people just doesnt like them..Im actually not huge paisley fan, but these in my opinion are just perfect because of colors and high waist. Love!
