Camo and red

How I dress is usually inspired by the good and bad that surrounds me. Seeing that war is in so many places in the world right now, and even so close to my home, the thought of it sits somewhere in my subconsciousness, and that translates in my current choice of clothing.

Mono - shoes

Wanted to share my latest purchases & these are my latest favourites too.

I have been on hunt for the everyday high heel boots for ages - the thing is I wanted the boots with this kind of sole, so I can wear them in winter, and walk on snow & ice without slipping, but all these 90's boots with mega platform wasnt in my taste, I wanted something with less platform. And when I saw these Monki boots in Asos, I bought them right away. In person, unfortunately, they are more chunky than they look in photo, but I think I will still wear them. Most important, they are very comfy.

White heels are from Missguided, I got them from ebay - first strappy white sandals I saw in Australian street style photo, and since then I dreamt about them, because love how they make blue jeans & grey top outfit 100 times chic, and in fact any simple look.

My shoerack looking quite monochromatic right now, the black & white colors are dominate. On one hand I feel that thats bit boring, on other side its good feeling that every single pair of shoes are super versatile and go with 99% of my wardrobe.

H&M Conscious Exclusive preview

I keep seeing mules more and more, and starting kinda like them, because when first saw that they are trending wasn't in love with such type of shoes at all.

Some serious japanese culture vibes - with geometrical embroideries,kimono sleeves, wide belts and mesmerizing prints.

The fabric of this jacket really spoke me - never seen before such a cool fabric making tehnique!

And this maxi skirt is my favourite of the collection!!

And me on the mission - always non-photogenic when someone else take photos, and there only one photo to choose from.. :D

This week was Riga Fashion week  - and I went to one fashion show and also this H&M presentation, was really nice experience, got lots of inspiration.

Hello.

Finally Im coming out of my hibernation phase, maybe it isnt as warm to wear this dress, but I really wanted to make post about it.

I recently ordered couple things from fashionbunker.com, because they had sale and free shipping when you spend over 40 AUD.. I just wanted for ages to get something from Australian brands, because Im obsessed with their stuff. So I got this Finders Keepers " We are nowhere" dress and other camo print dress from Jaggar, which I hope will incorporate in outfit post soon.

I feel that this dress will be my go -to dress for summer, I love that it has slits on both sides, because it makes it more comfy, I hate when brands make maxi dresses without slits and when you walk you have to step little steps like geisha...Only thing I need to shorten it, because without heels it is bit too long, and I will probaby wear it without heels in summer.

Hiii,

Im so tired of winter, that I dont even want to take outfit posts outside, its still a lot of snow outside, and it was snowing today too.. I was a bit skiing when there was below zero degrees, but now the snow is too sticky to ski.. Sometimes I just madly wish I lived in Australia, or Arizona, Texas US.

So, I think Im not the only one who dreams of warm spring days already ( I think will need to wait atleast 2 month)  - so Im already planning what to wear :D Got this oversized shirt couple years ago, and never got to wear it outside the home, it such a shame - its hard to find what to wear underneath it, this option is ok (its slip from Topshop, but I dont like that its bodycon type), but must find something better, maybe need to get one of these slip mini dresses which you can wear alone, but I would wear it as actual slip....And need to get one for the black shirt dress too which I also got from thrift shop, I actually feel that shirt dresses will be my favourite this s/s season.

Glassware haul

Today I wanted to share with you my latest home thrift finds - I usually dont find anything for home, but these pieces was just as I wanted for long time, For example the plate for jewellery or the test tube wase. I want to make a little garden in the rectangular plate, I dont remember how its called, but you put the sand in and little stones, and airplants...

Tan with the pearls

Have been a bad bad blogger lately, and I have just the regular excuse, had to work a lot, and still have, but I really miss the all blogging process of taking photos and editing them. And talking about editing, I finally found out (just looked in google, dont know why I didnt do it before) why blogger changes the colors of my photos, if you have similar problem solution is HERE ! Now my photos here look exactly like in program where I edited them, yesss...

Last week I had huge inspiration to go thrifting, and I went to all the my local thrift shops, and found some pretty nice stuff, I was very happy, because lately I havent had luck to find anything great. So I guess atleast next two posts will be about my thrift finds. And so is this post - I found this coat for only ! 2 EUR !, it cant be cheaper than this - coat had defects, the lining was damaged, but as I have sewing machine, it wasnt problem, also I didnt take this coat to dry cleaning because then I would not have this feeling that I had great deal, because dry clean is expensive, instead I washed this coat in 30 degrees in washing machine, and  all went good, nothing bad happened to my coat. I also doesnt trust dry cleaning, because they have been damaged my coat before..

Pink snow

Found these photos last winter I think - still love them, probably these are photoshoped but still - sometimes,  for example, this morning there was this pink light on trees and snow, and I bet if I took photos then nothing of this magical light would be seen through the camera, sooo yes, sometimes photoshop is needed to create the light that cant be captured...
